    Home School Program

    Hey ! ✨
    Here's some general legs and hips active flexibility training and conditioning.
    If you do everything with the right timing and repetitions, you should have at least a 45m full work-out.
    Repeat 3-4x times per week and you'll start feeling the results.
    Taking this out, if you have any doubt or need to reach out to someone during this harsh times, don't be afraid to message/call me at any time.
